This is a fabulous blast of a walk – just the antedote to Chrimbo lazing about and impending back to work blues. There is a satisfyingly strenuous climb of Caer Caradoc -360o views of Shropshire and beyond at the summit – Hang onto your hat! It's breezy up there! Then we'll go over Hope Bowdler Hill (with contours of a more sedate nature). The tracks are muddy. Very boggy in some places – gaiters recommended. |
